Currently, we exclusively offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

All transactions and displayed prices on our website are in USD ($).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

To ensure you know exactly when to expect your Tote Bags and Shoulder Bags, please refer to our timeframes below. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Order Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit/Shipping Time: 4 to 6 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 Business Days from the date of purchase.
  • (Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.)

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

To ensure reliable and safe delivery, we use FedEx as our primary carrier service.

4. Order Tracking

Yes, we provide a tracking number for all orders. Once your order has been processed and handed over to FedEx, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey.

5. Delays and Shipping Issues

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally happen due to severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@elvore.shop. Once the order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or reroute the package.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Elvore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact FedEx directly to file a claim. If you need assistance with this process, our support team is happy to help.
